Why I started this:
The overwhelm of social media had taken a toll on me. The flood of AI content showing up everywhere is disheartening and exhausting.
So, I stepped back from the screen. Made space for my own creative projects.
There's something about creating with my own two hands that quiets the noise in my head. Watching it take shape slowly. Ink on paper. Color filling in the white space. It feels natural. Real. Mine. Like I'm back in my body instead of just in my head.
There's another creative process I love being part of: supporting an author's journey as they shape their story and bring it into the world. I've spent the last 14 years doing exactly that. Over 220 authors. More than 150 books guided to market.

Do you have a writer in your life? Gift them a year of letters—no automatic renewals or commitment on their end. Just twelve months of company for their writing, sent directly to their mailbox. You can add a personal note that we will include in their first letter.

What if my letter doesn't arrive?
Snail mail is slow by nature, and sometimes it gets delayed. If it's been more than a few weeks and your letter still hasn't shown up, email help@inyourcornermail.com and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International letters take a bit longer to arrive (2–4 weeks) and cost a little more to send, which is reflected in the international pricing.
When you'll get your letters:
Letters go out during the last week of every month, sent via USPS, with a stamp, no tracking. Delivery times will vary. Expect about 3–10 days within the US, and 2–4 weeks internationally.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Some countries charge a small customs or VAT fee on international mail, even for low-value items. This is set by your country, not by us, and unfortunately it's outside our control.
Do I need to be actively writing a book in order to join?
Not at all. Whether you're deep into a manuscript, journaling your way toward an idea, or writing something that isn't a book at all, this is for you. Psst…it’s also great for any type of creative project you are working on.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. Just email help@inyourcornermail.com and we'll take care of it.
Is there tracking on my letter?
No. That's part of what makes it feel like real mail, not a package.
Can I gift this to someone outside the US?
Yes, the gift subscription is a flat price regardless of where your recipient lives.
How do I: cancel, pause, or update my address?
You can cancel, pause, or update your address anytime. Just email help@inyourcornermail.com and we'll take care of it. Please reach out before the 20th of the month if you need an address change, to be sure your letter doesn't go to the wrong place.
How does billing work?
Yes, the gift subscription is a flat price regardless of where your recipient lives.
When will I get my first letter?
Sign up by the 20th of the month, and you'll receive that month's letter. Sign up after the 20th, and your first letter will arrive the following month.
